Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Introduction

At ATA, we strive to provide high-quality services. However, we understand that disputes may arise. This policy describes how we handle and resolve disputes with our users.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users of our services, regardless of their location.

3. Informal Resolution

We recommend that you first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at admin@ata.ai. We will do our best to resolve the dispute quickly and fairly.

4. Mediation

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to mediation before a neutral mediator. Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process.

5. Arbitration

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Colombia, according to the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. Arbitration is an alternative to litigation and is a faster and less costly way to resolve disputes.

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This policy and any dispute arising from or related to it will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Colombia. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombia, regardless of the user's location.

7. Exclusions

This policy will not apply to disputes related to intellectual property violations or claims for injunctive relief or other equitable remedies.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any significant change will be communicated to users through our website.

9. Contact
